Every order from Cash Vault is protected by our 14-Day Ban Warranty. We stand behind our work.

What It Covers

If your account is banned within 14 days of your order being completed, we will provide you a brand-new account and re-mod it with your original order — completely free, at no extra cost to you.

How to Claim

• Open a ticket in our Discord.
• Provide your order details (email used at checkout and Discord username).
• Let us know about the ban within the 14-day window.
• We'll set you up with a fresh account and redo your order live.

Conditions & Exclusions

This warranty applies only when:

• The ban occurs within 14 days of your completed order.
• You have not filed a chargeback or payment dispute (doing so voids the warranty).
• The order was for a PC account (console is not supported or covered).
• The account has not been shared publicly, further modified by you or a third party, or used in a way that clearly caused the ban outside of our service.

The warranty covers re-delivery of your order on a new account. It does not include a cash refund, and does not cover losses unrelated to the modifications we performed.
