- Any Special Requests or details you provide with your order
- Basic order and payment confirmation data from our checkout provider
Your payment card details are handled entirely by our secure checkout provider (Shopify) and its payment processors. Cash Vault never sees or stores your full card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process, complete, and deliver your order
- To communicate with you about your order via Discord
- To provide support and honor warranty claims
- To keep records required for our business and legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with the providers required to run our store (such as our website/checkout platform and payment processor), or where required by law.

Because all delivery and support happen on Discord, your interactions there are also subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We keep order information only as long as necessary to provide our services, honor warranties, and meet record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold by contacting us on Discord. Some information may need to be retained to complete a purchase or comply with law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
